As Transformation Manager, you steer enterprise-wide programmes, accelerate performance and strengthen collaboration across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D – Technology, Finance and Customer Service. You balance long-term vision with hands-on execution and guide teams through fast-paced change with confidence and structure.
Your impact
Shape the transformation roadmap – you define a multi-year strategy, set priorities and translate objectives into measurable KPIs, milestones and business outcomes.
Design a customer-centric operating model – you turn insights into action, challenge existing ways of working and build processes, roles and systems that put customer value first.
Connect and align teams – you lead cross-functional collaboration, remove friction and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey across every touchpoint.
Drive cultural change – you build strong narratives, guide teams through new behaviours and embed a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
Establish governance and performance clarity – you set up steering structures, track KPIs, monitor transformation progress and provide senior leadership with clear insights and direction.
Lead complex programmes – you manage multi-stakeholder initiatives from idea to implementation, ensure disciplined execution and secure tangible impact on efficiency, speed, flexibility and customer satisfaction.
This is you
You bring at least 10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, programme management, organisational development or process improvement, ideally in international, complex or asset-heavy industries.
You led large-scale transformation programmes, influenced senior leadership and aligned diverse teams behind shared goals.
You navigate ambiguity with ease, connect dots across functions and translate complexity into clarity and progress.
You think strategically and act decisively — turning insights into structures, roadmaps and results.
You communicate with confidence, collaborate naturally and build trust across every level of the organisation.
You work fluently with Microsoft 365, modern transformation tools and methods such as Lean, Agile or Prosci.
A master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Organisational Development or similar is preferred; equivalent experience is valued.
