Strong organizations are built by strong people. As HR Manager at Q8Oils, you play a key role in the growth and transformation of our organization. You translate strategy into a powerful HR approach and help leaders and teams excel.


You are part of the management team and act as a strategic sparring partner on people and organizational topics. With a scope of around 400 employees across 8 countries, you guide HR in an international environment spanning both production plants in Belgium and Italy as well as office functions.


Q8Oils has strong growth ambitions, and you will play a key role in shaping the people strategy that supports this expansion.

Your biggest challenge


You translate our strategy into a modern HR approach that strengthens collaboration, innovation, and performance. At the same time, you ensure HR processes remain clear, consistent, and future-focused.


This means:


Strategic HR leadership

You develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns directly with business goals. As part of the management team, you advise on organizational development, leadership, talent strategy, and workforce planning.


Culture and organizational development

You strengthen our organizational culture and help break down silos. You stimulate collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and enhance leadership maturity through coaching and leadership programs.


Talent strategy and leadership

You build a future-proof talent strategy. You focus on succession planning, talent management, and leadership development so teams continue to grow.


Employee experience and engagement

You create a strong employee experience for both blue-collar and white-collar employees. You work on engagement, wellbeing, and retention while addressing challenges in a production environment.


International HR coordination

You coordinate HR activities across different countries and ensure consistent HR processes while respecting local legislation and realities. You can rely on central HR shared services supporting areas such as payroll, HR administration, recruitment, and learning & development.


Integration during acquisitions

You guide HR due diligence and integrations during acquisitions or when new sites join the organization. This ensures new teams quickly align with our culture and way of working.


HR operational excellence

You use HR data and KPIs to support decision-making on engagement, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning.


This is you


  • You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach. You build bridges between business, people, and organizational development.

  • You hold a Master’s degree (HR, psychology, economics, law, or similar)

  • You bring at least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR role or management team

  • You have experience with organizational and cultural transformations

  • Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong advantage

  • You feel comfortable working in an international matrix organization

  • You are coaching, connecting, and strong in stakeholder management

  • You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Experience with post-acquisition integrations is a strong plus

  • You actively contribute to the HR Management Team (HRMT)
