How do I activate my Q8 electric card?

For business users (via your job)
Did you receive a Q8 electric card through your employer or for professional use? Then the process is slightly different.
Go to: activate.q8electric.be
Follow the steps on the screen
Download the Q8 electric business app & log in
To log in, you’ll need your card number and your username & password.
Once activated, you’re all set to charge at public charging stations & at home – if you also have a Q8 electric home charger.

For private users
Did you receive your Q8 electric card at home? Then you need to activate it first via the Q8 electric app. Follow these steps:
Open the Q8 electric app
Go to the menu
Click on ‘My charge cards’
Tap the ‘+’ icon in the bottom right
Select ‘Activate a charge card’
Enter your card number and click on ‘Activate card’
Once activated, you’re ready to start charging.
