Our ambition
Kuwait Petroleum (Belgium) N.V. wants everyone to be able to use the website Q8.be, including people with disabilities. Digital accessibility is important so that all visitors have the same experience, no matter their abilities or technology.
Status
The website Q8.be partly meets the international accessibility rules (WCAG 2.1, level AA).
In July 2025, we did an internal check.
Experts gave us advice during the development of new parts.
Many parts are already accessible, but some are not yet. We are fixing these step by step.
We plan a new review in Q4 2025.
Known issues
We know that there are still some problems:
PDF and Word files are not fully accessible.
Images and icons sometimes don't have clear descriptions.
Buttons and links can be too small on mobile screens.
Some parts do not yet have the right labels for screen readers.
We will solve these problems in the coming months with new updates.
