Accessibility Statement
Our ambition
Kuwait Petroleum (Belgium) N.V. wants everyone to be able to use the Q8.be website, including people with disabilities. Digital accessibility is important to ensure that all visitors can access the same information and functionality, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use.
Status
Q8.be currently partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), Level AA.
Since the launch of the website, we have regularly made accessibility improvements as part of the ongoing development of Q8.be. This includes improvements to both existing components and new functionality.
Known issues
We know that some parts of Q8.be are not yet fully accessible. The main known issues are:
Some PDF files are not fully accessible to users of assistive technologies.
Some images do not yet have an appropriate text description.
Some buttons, links, and other interactive elements have touch targets that are too small on smaller screens.
Some interactive elements do not yet have correct or sufficiently clear labels for screen readers.
In the station finder, the focus order is not yet always logical for users navigating with a keyboard or screen reader.
We are addressing these known issues step by step as part of the ongoing development and improvement of Q8.be.
