The Q8 solution options explained

The more litres you fuel, the more discount you get at every fill-up at Q8 and Q8 Easy. The amount of your discount depends on your package.

Choose at which two stations you want an extra discount for your company. Is that discount lower than the discount at the pump (e.g. during a promotion)? Then we automatically apply the lowest discount!

Thanks to this feature, multiple people in your organisation can access Q8 liberty web, and you can have user management carried out by different colleagues or departments (e.g. accounting, HR), with or without limited rights.

Your personal account manager is your central point of contact for questions, proposes the most interesting packages tailored to your company, and helps with the onboarding of your employees.

With this feature you can upload new charging cards or fuel cards 'in batch': upload a complete Excel file at once, instead of manually one by one.

A direct system-to-system integration enables more reporting and integration. Thanks to API access, you integrate Q8 liberty web into your own systems.

In Q8 liberty web you can easily find all your invoices, with a clear overview of all your charging and fuel costs.

With Q8 liberty web you get free standard reports to gain insight into your charging and fuelling behaviour. For customised reports you can upgrade to the Plus or Corporate package.

Depending on your package, you receive notifications and alerts, for example in case of irregularities or suspected fraud.
