Whether you are already a regular at the gym or simply want to stay in shape, we are here to support you. We also take the lead with running and cycling training programs, sporty team challenges, and plenty more.
BeWell Mind
A healthy mind is the foundation for everything else. Need someone to talk to? Our trusted contacts and HR Business Partners are always available. Looking for a mental well-being workshop? You'll find it all in our Learning & Development programme. And in autumn, our #BePositive campaign shines a spotlight on mental health at work.
BeWell Lifestyle
Small changes can lead to big improvements. Through lifestyle workshops, defensive driving courses and nutritional coaching, we help you take those steps. However, a healthy lifestyle does not start with you alone, we believe it is our responsibility as an employer to support you along the way.
