Transport companies across Europe rely on efficient fuel solutions to keep their fleets on the road. Q8TRUCK supports them with a strong network of partners and smart mobility solutions. 
 

As Indirect Sales Representative, you expand that network. You build strong relationships with partners such as agents, resellers, and value-added service providers (VASPs). Your focus is simple: grow the partner network, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase the profitability of the Q8TRUCK across the region. 


You connect opportunities, partners, markets and turn them into sustainable growth.

Your biggest challenge 


You strengthen and expand the Q8TRUCK partner network in Europe. Through strong relationships and a proactive commercial mindset, you drive growth in the commercial road transport sector. 
 

Your impact: 


  • Identify and onboard new agents, resellers, and VASPs that strengthen the Q8TRUCK network. 

  • Grow business with existing partners by building trust and creating new commercial opportunities. 

  • Work closely with the Q8TRUCK Sales teams across Europe to boost partner engagement and coordinate sales initiatives. 

  • Monitor partner performance and market developments to spot opportunities for growth and expansion. 

  • Ensure partners follow Q8TRUCK policies and support strong credit performance and timely payments. 

  • Track your activities and results in CRM and report insights to the Head of Indirect Sales. 

  • Contribute to a safe working environment by applying all HSSE policies and procedures. 

  • Support the development and promotion of Homebase solutions by identifying customer opportunities, preparing offers and coordinating with internal teams. 
     

In this role, you build relationships that connect markets, strengthen partnerships, and drive the future of transport mobility. 


This is you 


  • You combine commercial drive with strong relationship skills. You enjoy connecting with partners and turning opportunities into concrete results. 

  • You bring around 5 years of B2B sales experience. 

  • Experience in telemarketing or Partnership management is a strong plus. 

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or Sales or equivalent experience. 

  • You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with partners. 

  • You negotiate confidently and focus on results and growth. 

  • You solve problems pragmatically and take initiative. 

  • You enjoy working in an international environment. 

  • You work comfortably with Microsoft Office tools. 

  • You speak English fluently
