As a Senior Project Coordinator, you bring structure to change. You keep the big picture in focus while paying close attention to the details. You make sure ideas don't stay on paper—they become successful projects with lasting impact.
You'll connect people, processes, and technology. And you'll make sure projects don't just get started but are successfully delivered and embedded across the organization.
Your biggest challenge
Turn change into measurable results in an organization that's constantly evolving.
That means moving seamlessly between strategy and execution. Bringing people on board. Turning decisions into action and understanding the business value brought by the project which you are leading.
That's why you'll take on a role with real impact.
Lead projects from start to finish. Manage scope, planning, and progress. Develop strong business cases together with stakeholders and keep projects focused on delivering results.
Guide organizational change. You understand how change affects people. You coach teams, address resistance constructively, and help new ways of working become part of everyday business.
Keep risks and budgets under control. You identify potential issues before they become problems. You manage project budgets and take action whenever adjustments are needed.
Strengthen project teams. You coach colleagues, support their development, and help project teams perform at their best.
Connect stakeholders. You work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners, aligning everyone around shared goals—from strategy through implementation.
This is you
You hold a master's degree in economics, business, or a related field, or you've built an equivalent level of expertise through experience.
You have at least seven years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
You feel at home in digital transformation projects and enjoy working with new technologies.
You easily switch between strategic thinking and operational execution.
You confidently manage suppliers and challenge them when needed to achieve the best results.
You bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex situations.
You know how to bring people along with change—not by pushing, but by convincing and inspiring.
You enjoy collaborating with others and communicate openly and directly.
Experience with Prince2, or another project management methodology is essential.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
