As Regional Sales Manager for Q8Oils, you take the lead in the GCC and Levant region and turn ambition into sustainable growth.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you strengthen our B2B position across the Middle East and Africa. You build industrial partnerships, unlock new sectors, and deliver value-driven solutions that make customers choose Q8Oils , today and in the future. 


Your biggest challenge


  • You grow sustainable, profitable lubricant business across the GCC and Levant. You don’t just manage accounts. You build markets, connect partners, and translate strategy into concrete results. 

  • You develop and execute a focused business development plan per country and customer. You select the right partners and implement the right route-to-market strategy. 

  • You identify new opportunities, negotiate strong agreements, and secure profitable long-term relationships — both direct and indirect. 

  • You drive sales performance: volumes, margins, expenses, and profitability. You take ownership of your numbers and deliver on budget and the Five Year Plan. 

  • You position Q8Oils correctly in every market. You strengthen brand image, optimize segmentation, and align pricing with strategy. 

  • You align with Global Sector Managers on product line strategy and ensure strong local implementation. 

  • You contribute to strategic, sales, and marketing plans — short and long term. You translate ambition into action. 

  • You manage pricing, implement price increases, and keep product and price lists sharp and up to date. 

  • You safeguard credit management and ensure customer accounts stay within agreed terms. 

  • You provide accurate sales forecasts to support production planning and maximize offtake from Q8Oils-owned plants. 

  • You work closely with Technical, Supply Chain & Technology, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams. You connect expertise and accelerate results. 

  • You share insights, performance reports, and business development plans with senior management. Your advice helps shape strategic direction in the GCC. 

  • You ensure compliance with legal, operating, and Safety, Health, and Environment standards. You take responsibility and lead by example. 


This role goes beyond sales. You strengthen partnerships, connect teams across regions, and build a business that grows with confidence and trust. 


This is you 


  • You bring 12–15 years of experience in the oil sector, with a strong track record in commercial growth. 

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or in Business Administration, or a related discipline. 

  • You excel in direct and indirect sales, distribution management, and business development. 

  • You analyze data sharply, manage reports with structure, and translate insights into action. 

  • You think strategically and act decisively. Targets motivate you. Results drive you. 

  • You feel at home in a multicultural environment and build trust across borders. 

  • You spot opportunities in competitive markets and dare to take initiative. 

  • You communicate fluently in English. Arabic or Urdu strengthens your impact.
