The transport sector is moving fast. Networks are expanding, margins are tightening, and clients expect more than ever.


As a Territory Manager at Q8Truck, you take the lead in your region. You grow relationships, win new business, and strengthen existing partnerships.


You negotiate with confidence, think strategically, and keep the bigger picture in mind. Thanks to your market insight and commercial instinct, Q8Truck stays ahead.

Your biggest challenge


Deliver growth in a competitive market. This role calls for ownership, sharp thinking, and action.


You combine strategy with execution:


Win new customers
Expand the client portfolio within the transport sector and strengthen Q8Truck’s presence across your region.


Grow existing accounts
Build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and increase the commercial impact of your portfolio.


Negotiate smart deals
Close profitable agreements, protect margins, and analyze market and customer needs to secure strong contracts.


Manage risk
Closely monitor customer creditworthiness and maintain a healthy portfolio.


Share market insights
Track trends and report to Sales Manager in France. Your insights help shape the commercial strategy.


Collaborate and contribute
Work closely with colleagues, share expertise, and ensure accurate follow-up through CRM tools and internal systems.


🚀 In short: you are the commercial engine of Q8Truck in South East France.


This is you


  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the transport sector

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Target-driven and motivated by results

  • Independent yet a true team player

  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently within your region

  • Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Comfortable working with SAP, MS Office, and CRM systems

  • Based within the assigned territory
