As Techno Commercial Manager MEA at Q8Oils, you connect technical knowledge with commercial sharpness and turn opportunities into sustainable growth.

As a Techno Commercial Mannager, you strengthen our B2B position across the Middle East and Africa. You build industrial partnerships, unlock new sectors, and deliver value-driven solutions that make customers choose Q8Oils , today and in the future. 


Your biggest challenge 


  • You grow industrial and B2B business across MEA by combining deep technical insight with strong commercial instinct. You don’t sell products. You deliver solutions that create trust, performance, and long-term partnerships. 

  • You develop and execute an industrial and new business development plan per country and key account. You choose the right route to market and select strong distribution, license, or joint venture models. 

  • You identify and secure new opportunities within targeted sectors and OEMs. You build high-level relationships and turn them into profitable, long-term partnerships. 

  • You manage and grow key accounts across the region. You safeguard customer satisfaction and deliver consistent value. 

  • You lead level 1, 2, and 3 technical activities. For complex cases, you align with Technical Support and coordinate advanced solutions across the region. 

  • You translate technical needs into strong techno-commercial proposals that differentiate Q8Oils in competitive markets. 

  • You negotiate pricing and agreements that strengthen market penetration, margins, and sustainable growth. 

  • You contribute to the Operating Unit’s Five Year Plan, annual sales plan, and budget targets. You take ownership of results and deliver on commitments. 

  • You ensure correct product positioning and brand image in every market, aligned with corporate standards. 

  • You provide accurate sales forecasts and support supply planning to maximize offtake from Q8Oils-owned plants. 

  • You safeguard credit management and ensure customer accounts remain within agreed terms. 

  • You connect commercial, technical, Supply Chain & Technology, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams. You share knowledge and accelerate performance. 

  • You advise the General Manager and Commercial Director on strategic direction and business performance in MEA. 

  • You ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment policies and legal standards. You lead with responsibility. 
     

This role demands more than sales skills. It asks for drive, technical credibility, and the confidence to act at strategic level. You build bridges between technology and business and you help shape the future of Q8Oils in MEA. 
 

This is you 


  • You bring 10–12 years of experience in the oil sector, with strong exposure to industrial B2B and OEM environments. 

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or in Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • You combine technical expertise with a proven track record in direct and indirect sales and global key account management. 

  • You analyze data sharply, structure business development plans, and translate insights into action. 

  • You act proactively, take initiative, and focus relentlessly on results. 

  • You build trust easily in multicultural environments and connect with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • You think creatively and spot opportunities where others see obstacles. 

  • You communicate fluently in English. Arabic or Urdu strengthens your impact.
