To get started, simply link your card to the Q8 app. We recommend doing this at home as you’ll need your bank’s card reader. But you only need to do this once. After that, mobile refueling is fast, easy and packed with benefits.
Mobile fueling with other apps
You can also refuel at Q8 using the KBC Mobile app or KBC Brussels Mobile app. It’s simple, contactless and you’ll also earn Smiles automatically. The app detects your location, and with just a few taps, you’ll be back on the road:

Go to ‘Additional services’ and tap ‘Q8’
Choose your pump number and fuel type
Start fueling
Prefer to use the ryd app? Download it, refuel at Q8, and you’re off. Once your tank is full, we’ll handle the payment through the app. And your Smiles? Earned automatically, of course. And you want to turn your Smiles into discount vouchers? You can do so directly from the Q8 app.
