• How can I exchange Smiles for gift vouchers?

  You’ve saved up 500 Smiles (or more)? Great, you can exchange them for a gift voucher! You can redeem your Smiles on the Q8 app or on q8smiles.be (Belgium) or q8smiles.lu (Luxembourg). Here you can see at a glance which vouchers you are eligible for and for which vouchers you’ll have to save up some more Smiles. Exchange them for a discount at the Q8 shops or our Smiles partners.

  Or are you on the road and fancy a croissant or pastry? With just 150 Smiles, you can get this for free at our Q8 shops.

• I have multiple vouchers. How can I tell if a voucher has already been used?

  You can easily check the status of your Q8 voucher in the Q8 app. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible for Q8 partners' vouchers. Therefore, we advise you to immediately delete your used vouchers in the Q8 app. That way, you are always aware of how many vouchers you can still use.

  If you wish to verify whether a partner voucher has already been used, please contact the customer service of the respective partner. Q8 is unable to view the status of partner vouchers. These vouchers are purchased from the partner and added to your account when you redeem your Smiles.

• I want to exchange my voucher but I can’t find it in the app. What now?

  You can always find your vouchers in the Q8 app. Click on “Smiles” at the bottom and then choose "My vouchers". Here you will find all vouchers you can scan at the checkout.

  Keep in mind that we do not automatically delete partner vouchers after use. You must always delete your vouchers yourself after use by clicking “delete voucher” at the bottom of the voucher page.

• When do my vouchers expire?

  The expiry date is printed on every voucher. After this date the voucher is no longer valid.

• I get an error message when I scan my voucher. What now?

  First check if the voucher is still valid. It’s not? Then unfortunately you can no longer use it. It’s still valid? Then ask a shop assistant to help you or contact the Q8 smiles customer service via the contact form (Belgium or Luxembourg) or call our toll-free number 0800 11 323 (Belgium) or 8002 7667 (Luxembourg).
