“Where exactly is my card accepted?”
No matter how many charging points there are, they’re useless if your card isn’t accepted. That’s why we made sure the Q8 electric charging card works not only at Q8, but also at the charging points of most other networks — and even at your home and office chargers. Here’s an overview:
Our own network
In the Benelux you’re welcome at the fast-growing Q8 electric and Tango electric network. It already counts over 350 (ultra) fast charging points, with plans to add 80 (!) new locations every year. And if you have the choice, stopping at one of our own chargers is just a bit more advantageous than charging elsewhere: you enjoy transparent, favourable rates and we charge no transaction fees for business customers.
There are more good reasons to stop at Q8: recharge yourself with a coffee or snack, enjoy it at our staffed stations, or pick up something tasty for the road.
Our partner networks
We want to offer you as many charging options as possible, especially during longer trips. That’s why we joined forces with numerous providers at home and abroad. The result? An impressive 99% coverage of the more than 1,000,000 public charging points across Europe, including:

The right charger at the right time
Did you know that the closest or cheapest charger isn’t always the best choice? If time doesn’t matter, an AC charger is better for your battery. But sometimes time is money — during a busy workday or when you still have many holiday kilometres ahead. Then a fast or ultra-fast charger is ideal! With the Q8 (electric business) app you can filter by charging speed and see whether a charging point is available, occupied, or out of service. Whatever you choose, you can feel at ease: Q8 supports all types:
AC charger (normal charging): mainly found in cities, shops, or restaurants. You use your own cable; ideal when parking for longer periods (1–3 hours).
DC fast charger: mainly along motorways or major routes. The cable is fixed to the charger; ideal for a 20–40 minute pit stop.
HPC charger (High Power Charging): ultra-fast DC chargers (Q8, Ionity, Fastned…) offering 150 kW or more perfect when you need to get back on the road quickly.
What does charging with your Q8 electric charging card cost?
Another major advantage of the Q8 (electric business) app: select a charging point and you see the prices before you start! Perfect transparency, no surprises. Not finding the prices? Check the charging operator’s own app. Generally, these rates apply at our own chargers and partner chargers:
Q8 electric & Tango electric: fixed, clear price per kWh (€0.69/kWh incl. VAT in Belgium and the Netherlands; €0.64/kWh incl. VAT in Luxembourg). Like fuel prices, these may be updated daily.
Partner networks: prices vary per network and per charging point. Always check the price in the Q8 electric (business) app before starting your session.
Did you know the app also makes it easy to track your usage? It keeps a full overview of all your charging sessions and costs. And every month, you receive one clear invoice — convenient for your administration, even as a self-employed person!
